What do you like most?
Great app for communicating with guests quickly and efficiently. The support team is always friendly, responsive, and very helpful whenever we have any questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my opinion, the only area that could be improved is the integration with MEWS. In our case, the connection process has been quite slow and has taken longer than expected, making it a somewhat lengthy procedure.
