What do you like most?
I have used lots of international channel managers including SiteMinder, RateTiger, RateGain and D-edge over the last 10 years. One of the reasons why I chose Hotel availabilities was the option to connect local travel agencies and reservation delivery for static reservations. However, having used it for more than a year now I can clearly state that Hotel Availabilities is definitely not missing any functionalities compared to international channel managers - while some settings related to multi-step price calculations, rate code dependencies etc. seem to be more polished even compared to international channel managers. Lastly, the seupport must be typically available instantly on the phone or within a few hours if being contacted by email. Excellent work, keep it up!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Make the UX/UI a little bit more polished and sexy :-) K. e e. p up the good work team.
