What do you like most?
Complete system for the management of tourist accommodation. Multidisciplinary management platform, app for customers and CRM to capture end customer emails.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sales tactic, do not promise more than you can deliver. System design is slow. Too many steps to create and manage tasks. The synchronization with the PMS, does not dump the tasks well. Continuous API errors.
