What do you like most?
I love the ability to create my own report based on my needs. Its super flexible and easy to use. The preset reports are amazing but sometimes you want off the cuff information or deep dives into a specific account. This is amazingly easy to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Getting this out to many more hoteliers! More people could learn more and be more productive in their sales roles. I find it every easy to use
