What do you like most?
Guests uploading all information, makes check-in a lot faster when hotel is extremely busy. ID uploads , gives me a chance to let someone know if the ID is expired.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The excessive pre made messages, it sends out too many reminders about someone checking in. Then guests opt out because it gets repetitive.
