What do you like most?
Easy to setup offers, room upselling/upgrade fully interfaced with the PMS. Emails that the guests receive are easy to navigate, thus, leading to conversions - incremental revenue for the property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting could be done much easier and in one system since we have to open a different dashboard for us to get a more comprehensive report, as well as adding layers of restrictions on certain offers.
