What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Oaky offers a state-of-the-art and very sexy upselling tool that is constantly being developed according to the hotels` latest needs. Oaky helps hoteliers to unlock revenues that may not otherwise be assessed. As a partner, we are dealing with very positive highly responsive team members - it was great to work with them in the process of getting the interface set-up and running.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Oaky is a great upselling tool which has a nice integration to dailypoint, which makes it very easy to use Oaky as part of the dailypoint CRM/Campaign Mangement. It helps hoteliers to increase revenue and provide a great guest experience as it sends only relevant upselling offers to guests. If Oaky is being used in combination with our Central Profile you can use the stored knowledge about the guests interest and preferences to send them upselling offers that match and matter to them. Sending relevant content increases the likelihood of a purchase.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Hoteliers should make the most of their data, send relevant and individual information and offers to each individual guest to fulfill their expectations and generate the extra dollar. The It is key to create an IT stack that allows for automated processes and seamless integrations and thus helps streamlining processes and minimizing the workload for hotels´ teams.
