As a former hotelier myself, I would have loved to have a similar tool available at the time. One of our main challenges was to sell higher room categories as well as tables on the restaurant (even though it was an awarded one) so revenue opportunities were lost. What do you like most?

Functionality - very easy to put in real time offers; easy to edit photos and content. The deal library also is a big help especially when starting.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Reports - can be further detailed rather than just overview to analyze further opportunities to improve on upsells and market targeting.

I like Oaky drives addtional revenue and that sends automated pre arrival @mails which gives positive conversion The automation saves valuable time to the teams by streamlining operations

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think the automatic pre arrival payment is important, also to improve the packages charging when they have different items posted

What do you like most?

I like the easy way how the guests can book some extras for their booking and that oaky give us a reminder email for open cases and the arrival list.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

sometimes the link doesn´t work for guests and it is almost in english so thats a little bit complicated for older guests who doesn´t speak english.
