Almost everything can be automated, excellent UX for both us partners and also our guests and overall easiness to understand, even for professionals with little experience in upselling
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improve even more automations and 2 way integrations with PMS. Space for improvement also in terms of dynamic pricing due to integration with Duetto and OTAinsight

Product is clear and easy to use from the backend system right through to the emails received by the customer.

it is all very good, the only one thing I would like is the option to manually send an email, for those guests who input an incorrect email initially and want to know what we offer.
