None that I am aware of. I have no issues with the system. The reporting works well. It would be good to get a 2 way integration with StayNTouch.

It is easy to setup and the entire system is user friendly . In addition the reporting is very simple and informative .

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

in the new day and age if we could also have an access from a mobile app it would be much quicker to access and action the request.

Oaky helps to drive additional revenue prior to the guests arrival. The guest may not have thought about adding extras before receiving the pre stay email so its a great tool to drive some Food and Bevera...

Nothing that I have found so far, works exactly how I would like it to and seems easy for the guest to use.
