What do you like most?

I liked the fact you were able to use Oaky as a form of upselling making it so much easier on all staff.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Maybe sending the hotel an email to let them know there was a request waiting in our Oaky as it asking staff to keep an eye on it every day, sometimes we could miss one.

In general, there are only some details that do not affect the upselling process. Maybe more options for branding adjustment in dashboard and emails.

Thanks to Oaky we have increased our sale of ancillarys in many of our hotels. The fact that the client can reserve these extras before arrival has also taken some work out of our reception team.

The tool, like many others, can always be improved. One of the improvements would be that when the client has already booked an extra and later cancels the reservation, that extra will also be canceled. A...
