As a former hotelier myself, I would have loved to have a similar tool available at the time. One of our main challenges was to sell higher room categories as well as tables on the restaurant (even though it was an awarded one) so revenue opportunities were lost. What do you like most?

Almost everything can be automated, excellent UX for both us partners and also our guests and overall easiness to understand, even for professionals with little experience in upselling

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Improve even more automations and 2 way integrations with PMS. Space for improvement also in terms of dynamic pricing due to integration with Duetto and OTAinsight

What do you like most?

Easy to navigate through, informative in term of revenue , excellent support from Tom Voordouw when need and he is very proactive to help the Hotel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

None that can be advised. all support is needed and the system is very easy top use. all advised was from Tom Voordouw about what must be improved from GHAA to increase revenue stream

Product is clear and easy to use from the backend system right through to the emails received by the customer.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

it is all very good, the only one thing I would like is the option to manually send an email, for those guests who input an incorrect email initially and want to know what we offer.
