What do you like most?
The automated creation of review-answers offers great value to me. over night the answers are drafted, I cross-check them and publish them. I like the option to better individualize by using my spelling habits and/or emojis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently not much identified for improvement. I would like to see a linkage in the automated survey sent out, to post guests' surveys automatically to platforms without additional effort off the guest (Low entrance barrier).
