What do you like most?
Really appreciate the collaboration with our market manager and the entire tech team that support and helps our hotels sort through tickets. Everyone has been prompt and friendly to work with and I really value this partnership. The system continues to evolve and I personally find a lot of value in the different areas of the program. Ability to onboard a hotel quickly during transitions is exceptionally helpful so that we can hit the ground from day 1.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Execution of changes during budget season are tough. Would try and plan around that better so that were not learning new things while updating data and pulling reports. Communication about these changes would also help to facilitate a smoother transition. There also seems to be anomalies between certain reporting screens where the information differs. An example of this would be what data is used for the combined pace pivot screens vs whats displaying in the forecast or budget summary screens.
