What do you like most?
We connected with Canary in mid 2023 and since have successfully implemented its features at various of the company's portfolio properties, we have just transitioned a property on Aug 1st and we are already in the implementation process. We also have grown our management team who have also worked with Canary on previous positions and they also have praising words to say of the experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some integrations between Info HMS and Canary are still being reviewed with the development teams related to third party reservations.
