What do you like most?
I use hotel effectiveness to schedule our employees. I like this program because it helps me manage the hours and lets me know when an employee is close to reaching overtime which helps me stay under my allotted hours available to schedule.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only thing I would like is an easier way to make custom schedules for employees that have a second job and might need to start 15 minutes or 30 minutes late every day.
