What do you like most?

This not only enhances guest experience but also helps generate additional revenue without increasing operational workload. From an IT perspective, the real-time data sync between systems reduces manual entry errors, improves operational flow, and allows better reporting and forecasting. The upselling dashboard provides clear performance insights, and accepted offers reflect directly in the PMS, which helps front office teams stay informed and prepared before guest arrival.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While integration is effective, initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming and often require vendor coordination, especially when customizing guest flows or adding new upsell campaigns. Multilingual support and more flexible design options for the guest-facing interface would improve guest engagement further. It would also be helpful if the upsell platform provided automated alerts to the front office when offers are accepted or declined, enhancing real-time communication. Reporting tools across both platforms could be more unified for better decision-making.
