Loyalty Programs for Independents
What do you like most?
I really like that our guests can be part of a loyalty program that is intended for Independent properties similar to us! The staff at The Guestbook have been great to work with!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I honestly can't think of much that they could improve on at this time. If we could get some more booking from current loyalty members that would be great but that isn't really something that they can control.
