What do you like most?
As a small property we did not have the tools to provide a loyalty program for our guest. Guestbook is a great reward program the was was able to offer our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If possible the option to remove rate plans that are not included in the reward program on our own for a faster turn around.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If Guestbook was integrated with our reservations system I believe it would make the platform perfect for hotels because it would be a seamless production.
