This is helpful for customers to book reservations with us and get rewarded as they travel. Guests receive their rewards after their stay.

The website has recently been updated but it is not as user friendly as before. We were able to figure out the new site eventually.

What do you like most?

The Guestbook shows a direct impact on conversion, however its real value lies in providing a toolbox to build an instant gratification loyalty program and avoid the trap of point based legacy solutions

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The analytics on the dashboard could benefit from a few improvements, a reporting API would also be great. Also self-service user management would be cool.

The opportunity to collect new emails from non-guests users. Also, referral traffic and bookings redemptions from current program users. Additional revenue

Email marketing exposure with total database. Launching an email annoucenment when new properties sign up. Or highlight an offer for the second or third month
