The Guestbooks cash back conversion technology is incredible and provides a seamless experience for those who use it. It makes it very simple for hoteliers to keep guest coming back and convert them quicker, making them more sticky and loyal to the hotel website in the future.

Answer:

The Guestbook has a vast array of products amongst its core that not only allow for reward integration, but also for business oversight, guest attraction and conversion, and best in class customer support.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Always be open to a conversation. There are many products and software that do not jump to the top of mind when running a hotel, but this certainly deserves at the very least a conversation. This is a great addition to any hotel's tech stack.
