What do you like most?
Duve is a very easy to use automatic software for our: check in and check out process, security deposit collection from the guests with credit cards and IDs, upsells and key assessments. What I like the most about Duve is how it completely simplifies the way we communicate and manage our guests. Before using Duve, our team spent a lot of time sending check-in instructions, answering the same questions again and again, and coordinating different channels of communication. Now, everything is centralized and automated, which saves us hours every week while keeping the guest experience smooth and professional. I also love how Duve allows us to personalize every part of the guest journey. From the pre-arrival messages to the in-stay notifications and post-checkout follow-ups, everything feels tailor-made. Guests receive clear information at the right moment, which reduces stress for them and for us. Another thing I really appreciate is the upselling and digital guidebook features. They not only help us generate extra revenue, but also make it easy to recommend our favorite local spots, services, or experiences. It adds a personal touch that guests really enjoy. Overall, Duve gives us the perfect balance between automation and hospitality. It helps us scale our operations without losing the human touch that defines our brand and makes our guests come back again and again.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Duve is honestly a great tool, but there are still a few things that could be better. I’d love to have more freedom when customizing the guest app and message templates — sometimes it feels a bit limited. The connection with our PMS works well most of the time, but it could sync a little faster. It would also be awesome to have more detailed analytics, especially to track upsells and guest engagement. And maybe faster support replies during weekends or busy seasons would help a lot. A connection with more banks than Stripe would be useful: even if this connection works perfectly it would be easier and cheaper to connect Duve to our bank. Overall, Duve makes our life so much easier, but a few small improvements would make it close to perfect.
