What do you like most?
The increasing importance of providing a contactless guest experience has been made easier with our Criton App. As an independent non-branded operator, Criton provides a platform that is adaptable and flexible to the our needs. Changes are easy & seamless with the CIMS (Content Manager) tool. The integrated Chat feature with Benbria/Loop has been a service enhancer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Eagerly awaiting the integrations for mobile checkin and room key access. This rollout has been longer than desired; Criton has the disadvantage of having to work with our existing PMS and key vendors.
