What do you like most?
It is very Self Explaintory. you can use mouse to click on tabs and do not need any shortcut buttons to go in and out of the software.Very Simple and very bold
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is too simple! Provider needs to add more functionilty (e.g. guest history and alerts on previously banned guest)
