What do you like most?
I was looking for tools that could support our establishment in daily tasks. Benchmarking amongst the various hotels I know I discovered Blastness and we are still working with them to date. It improved the establishment’s performance and targeted decision-making speed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Blastness means both stability and certainty, a guarantee for daily tasks and future scheduling. For me, this is a synonym for dynamics, flexibility and adaptability to any new sales and marketing strategy.
