What do you like most?
The CRM system has a lot of great tools to work with rates and packages. Also, it offers a lot of tools in terms of analyszing data from guests. The functionality on the chain level is functioning really well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Developing their Loyalty Programme for corporate guests, so you can have a main and sub profile. Also to give the corporate guests an opportunity to follow their collected nights and points. Aspects of the booking engine and reservation details could be improved as well.
