What do you like most?
The availability and the quick response to questions and help. The advice is extremely competent and friendly on top of that.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful if the reports could be downloaded as PDF files. Above all, personalized, monthly reports should be able to be loaded as a file in a holistic report so that they can be sent.
