What do you like most?
The Maestro tech team is always ready to assist if there is a rare need. I very much enjoy the upgrades we have done as the implementation team is so very responsive to questions in the process. I appreciate the fact that they system is so flexible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my case an interface to our gaming system would be most helpful as we are a casino. I would like to also see more casino driven features such as Blacklist and NRG.
