What do you like most?
I love the fact that HSK paper can be done in 10 min! Easy monitor the staff performance and always know the location of all housekeeping staff. The room NOTE option is amazing and the way is shown on the app are very user friendly. The hotel communication between departments has incredible improved, most of the communication of guest requests/ maintenance issues/ going thru the app so calls have been minimized and realise the pressure. The app can be developed in many different ways that adjust to any hotel needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Multiselection of rooms when we do room attendant/supervisor list. Colour coding would be useful in the "Room" section. In note function multiselection option for deleting the old notes.
