What do you like most?
Luxe Pricing has been a game changer for our revenue strategy. The platform is intuitive, responsive, and has helped us make smarter, real-time pricing decisions that have directly improved our ADR and RevPAR. Their team provides excellent support and strategic insight, making Luxe a valuable partner for any hotel looking to elevate its revenue performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We’d love to see more customizable reporting tools within the platform to better align with our internal KPIs. Additionally, while the system is largely intuitive, some features could benefit from more in-app tooltips or training resources for newer users. Improved visibility into competitive set strategy or market trends would also enhance decision-making. That said, the Luxe team has been very receptive to feedback, and we’re confident they’ll continue evolving the platform to meet the needs of properties like ours.
