What do you like most?
I have been using SynXis CRS from the time my hotel career started and it is the most user friendly system i had come across ( i have seen other CRS as well but never used them).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system takes long time to get the updates refreshed onto the OTA partners. This can be improved as sometimes it just shows the system is loading but no response.
