What do you like most?
Hoteplus has proven to be a reliable IPTV middleware platform. It's stable, user-friendly, and integrates well with our hotel infrastructure. Their support team is highly responsive and efficient — every issue or request is handled promptly. We especially appreciate their flexibility in applying small customizations tailored to our needs, which adds real value to the overall solution. Hoteplus delivers a reliable and well-structured IPTV middleware platform that integrates smoothly with our hotel network and backend systems. One of the strongest points is the fast and efficient deployment — we had the system operational in a very short timeframe with minimal configuration overhead. From a branding and marketing standpoint, the platform offers excellent flexibility in UI customization, allowing us to align the interface with our corporate identity. This enables us to leverage the IPTV platform not just for entertainment, but also as an effective guest communication and marketing tool. Support is responsive and highly competent. They’ve accommodated custom adjustments when needed, showing strong adaptability to our operational needs without compromising stability. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the platform meets our current requirements, future improvements could focus on enhancing the admin interface with more intuitive reporting tools or analytics. It would also be useful to have more self-service configuration options to reduce dependency on support for small changes. One area with room for growth is guest interaction analytics. More advanced tracking of page views, dwell time, and guest behavior patterns would allow us to refine content strategy and improve layout decisions based on actual usage data. We’d also like to see support for scheduled content campaigns, such as time-based promotions or dynamic banners, which would enable more sophisticated marketing use cases. From a systems management perspective, support for OAuth2 or SAML authentication for staff/admin access would enhance security and allow smoother integration with enterprise identity providers.
