What do you like most?
Flyr Pace RMS has been a game-changer for The Hotel Brussels. The platform is incredibly user friendly and quick to implement, which made adoption seamless. I particularly appreciate the company’s commitment to continuous development — it truly feels like a partnership rather than just a vendor relationship. The system’s analytical capabilities and automation have helped us make smarter, faster pricing decisions, directly improving our room revenue performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the system is excellent overall, there’s still room to refine the room type flow and enhance integration with the PMS, especially around overbooking management. These improvements would make the end-to-end experience even smoother. That said, the Flyr Pace team is proactive and receptive to feedback, so I’m confident these refinements are already on their roadmap.
