What do you like most?
I have been using Pricing Coach, and it has made our pricing process much easier and more effective. It is an AI-powered revenue management tool designed specifically for hotels.The system analyzes demand and our actual occupancy levels, then provides clear pricing recommendations. This helps us adjust our rates confidently and increase revenue without relying on guesswork. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable solution for hotels that want to optimize their pricing and improve their revenue performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be prioritizing the hotel’s own occupancy levels over competitor comparisons. Pricing decisions should always be primarily based on our actual occupancy performance. At times, the system seems to lean more toward competitor-based recommendations. Giving greater priority to the hotel’s real occupancy data would make the pricing strategy even stronger and more effective.
