What do you like most?
Using Tock has allowed us to successfully throw events both big and small in addition to the standard dining reservations. The support team from Tock is outstanding! They are very quick to respond and their understanding of our unique needs is invaluable. Frequency of use: Weekly Other tools previously used: SEVENROOMS, Eventbrite Feature request: A Tock widget that works inside our application would be so terrific. That would be an absolute home run for our operation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our needs are unique; we would love to have a Tock widget available to use within our app for our Members to use. Advice to others: First, do some research on your current reservation system. Tock will likely save you money and provide opportunities to increase revenue and cut certain costs. Most importantly your guest experience will improve with the tools Tock provides.
