What do you like most?
The system allow us to improve our distribution in several channels and increase our direct bookings thanks to booking engine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We think customer service 24/7 would be much appareciate although they have been very helpful in emergency anyway. The sytem log out automaticallly very fast, log in process could be more smart considering we need to do every 15 minutes about.
