What do you like most?
A truly complete RMS that allows you to have a detailed picture of the main Revenue KPIs. One of the functions that I love the most is the PRICE HELPER, a tool that allows you to be notified and to carry out a tariff action automatically, with communication in the software dashboard or by email, in case a specific condition that has been set within the same tool occurs. I really appreciated the customer service, in particular Antonio, who took care of my training and helped me on several occasions to use the software at its best. I definitely recommend all structures to adopt it as an RMS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I hope that in the future developers will be able to add the ability to duplicate previously created helpers so that we don't have to create them from scratch every time.
