What do you like most?
There is nothing to like when you cannot get the proper help nor dos the contact phone numbers seem to work
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We placed an order with Onity to upgrade our lock system in our hotel over 2 1/2 years ago. We waited over a year and a half after placing a large deposit for lock system to arrive. A technician finally arrived this past summer (2022) and we have been having extensive issues with well over 25 rooms since the day he left. It has been continually ongoing and we are currently at a loss of approx. 30 rooms due to door lock issues. There are no proper phone numbers to contact any representative as well as financial services. We are at a complete loss and at this point would like our money back and will have no choice but to explore going with another company.
