What do you like most?
The system gives rate recommendations based on historical data and competitor insight. It allows the revenue manager to decide their own strategy and work together with the system to get the results they want. Because of the auto-pilot option and the system recommendation, you save time. There is all kinds of automation in the system, like alerts and reports which can be send automatically. It is easy to create a forecast and a budget in the system and it offers all kinds of bulk pricing options. There is an overview to view all properties so that it becomes easy to see which need most attention. This is great for planning purposes. Maybe the most important for us, is that the support team is very quick and helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system is well optimized for advanced users or revenue management companies, but less experiences users might need some help. Luckily, the support team is very quick to respond.
