What do you like most?
The software is very user-friendly and helps us manage our operations efficiently. I especially like their prompt customer support and the automated features which save us a lot of time daily.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the automation is powerful, the user interface feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive. I would like to see a more modern dashboard with customizable widgets to track specific KPIs more easily without clicking through multiple menus.
