What do you like most?
It's one of the best RMS I've ever worked with. It's very easy to understand the logic behind the pricing decisions and to create 100% personalized reports without using Excel (I've never thought it was possible!). Besides, it's easy to reach and solve any issue you might have with the support team and the account manager. The forecast is normally accurate for the next 90 days and the algorithm can easily spot any pick-up/pace trends easily, without you worrying that you've missed an event. It has an user-friendly dashboard and strong automation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It miss some functionalities like creating overbookings and adding maxLOS. Besides, the BI, even though is a powerful tool, it's not Excel yet and sometimes it's difficult to create report with several filters.
