What do you like most?
The quality of the Customer Support team and the Account Partners is extraordinary. They are very professional, reliable, quick and their way of communication is clear and understandable. I really appreciate working with them! Many thanks for example to Frau Einicke, Frau Weishaupt and Herrn Mäck. I'm also looking forward to have a "Nutzungsgradanalyse" with Frau Grundmann to dive deeper into the full range of Dailypoint options and opportunities next year. I'm sure we can do much more with this great partner (e.g. automatization, AI, personalization etc...)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes its hard to find specific information in the help section when needed. There are plenty of Webinars and articles, but if I use the search field for a concrete problem or question, I don't get helpful answers - what brings me to the Support Team. But I will join the Webinars in future more frequently in order to get as many insights as possible.
