The technical support team is the best I've worked with compared to many other systems including Opera, Synxis, iHotelier/Travel Click. The team is knowledgeable and happy to help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More extensive reporting options in CRS would be appreciated as well as more customer friendly promotions set up if possible.
