What do you like most?
Great customer service from our set up team, Caitlin, Kelly and others. Shanice is an exceptional account manager always responsive and goes above and beyond to help me to navigate issues. I really appreciate her.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system itself can be a bit finicky to learn. It would be helpful to have fewer steps when setting up packages, or at least to have a one sheet-er or one place that I can go to refer to about setting rates, discounts, add-ons and packages and how they integrate with our PMS.
