What do you like most?
I found the software very valid and dynamic, integrated with our PMS and other software, it speeds up and facilitates the registration of guests and the collection of tourist taxes, the function of automatically sending the registration request is excellent, furthermore some operations of the program will be improved soon so as to definitively eliminate the closing times of the month and the management of the tourist tax, at which point checkin will be the number one product ever, furthermore the customer care is available and prepared, which is a rare quality these days to find, I'm finding myself very happy with checkin and I recommend it to all structures whether they are hotels or widespread structures like mine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
the interaction with the ricestat site can be improved, an improvement in the hotel interface would be pleasant, even if it is already very functional, the addition of a filter palette to be able to use multiple search parameters at a time would be desirable
