What do you like most?
The koddi tool simplifies account and bid management. Being able to access several hotels in the same platform and being able to activate and deactivate bids as needed. Having an account manager who can help us run our accounts is also a very helpful service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to have more control over the aspects we control on the platform. Would be able to access and change markets where the ad is showing, we would also like to know and change keywords and even hotel copy at times.
