What do you like most?
We worked with a number digital marketing firms (who were Australian and UK based) before being recommended Full Flux by other hotels that we knew who were clients of theirs. Being personally located in Melbourne, Australia, and having an operational team based in the Himalayas, I was unsure if hiring a digital marketing firm in South Africa was going to work. However, Full Flux have been excellent. They were flexible and efficient in organising meetings to suit our time zone needs, as well as the schedules of hotel operations. They have a talented team of designers, copywriters and technical specialists. Full Flux Circle have also been great at educating our team on the client journey, listening to us and extracting key information to create a customised strategic social media strategy that captures not only our voice but successfully showcase and communicate who we are as a brand. They regularly engage with our team to get feedback from both our reservations and hotel team to see how the digital marketing strategy may be impacting guests and to get ideas for any changes that might be needed. Full flux have been managing our digital marketing and website for a number of years now. They optimised our SEO and website to ensure that our social media strategy was focused on acquistion, resulting in a signficant increase in direct bookings and conversion. In addition to great ROI, their team is fantastic to work with! Their packages enabled a one stop shop solution that were well priced, and easy to understand.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We worked with a number digital marketing firms before being recommended Full Flux by other hotels that were their clients. We are happy with what Full Flux has been doing so far. They are constantly analysing and innovating both the work that they do for us and themselves as a business. They review results and discuss improvements on a monthly basis.
