While it is functional and effective, a more modern and intuitive design could enhance the overall user experience, making it even more accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise.Additionally, in the Revenue Management System (RMS), there is room for improvement in terms of providing more advanced forecasting tools. Access to more granular data and predictive analytics features could empower revenue managers to make even more informed decisions, particularly in today's rapidly changing market.The Booking Engine, while excellent in functionality, could benefit from expanded customization options. Offering a wider range of design templates and flexibility in terms of layout would allow businesses to create a booking experience that seamlessly aligns with their brand aesthetics.
