Best restaurant reservation management system I've seen so far. Especially for a hotel with a restaurant, the demands on certain functions are high. Here they are fulfilled.

What do you like most?
Interfaces to PMS which makes it very exciting for hotels and makes central guest profiles possible. Interfaces to CRM systems. Easy management of reservations. Creation of events. Capture recurring reservations. Automatic mails. There are so many positives. Simply user administration. Seasons and closing times. But there is more. Provisional reservations that can be confirmed with one click. Group inquiries with a separate vprocess and who would like to collect directly with Aleno Pay or charge no-show fees. It is very impressive what this tool can do. We haven't talked about reporting at this point. In addition, many functions are constantly being developed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far really little and these are claims at a high level. The automatic mails could use a design update to be more adaptable to the CI/CD. The integration into the website could also offer more variants, but as I said, these are high demands and the many advantages make them not that relevant.
