What do you like most?
Enhanced guest experience -many have written great reviews regarding the devices. Marketplace sales has increased exponentially. Communication among staff and guests that speaks different languages simple and easy with the devices. Local restaurant menus, brochures, and highlights are easy for a hotel to put on the device. At-a-glance review of status of rooms (clean, in progress, or dirty). Minimal training required for staff to use the interfaces.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only one tone in use to communicate all alerts (Different tones would be nice to alert us of housekeeping status, guest needs, and maintenance alerts). No one-touch emergency alert on devices for staff.
