What do you like most?
Very comprehensive platform that has many functions. This reduces the need to engage multiple tech vendors for us and it is seamless for guests. It’s very fast and convenient as well. It’s easy for guests to use without needing staff to explain how it works. It helps to streamline with the automation without adding extra work for operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is a well design solution but might want to explore more non-text based interactions and also more revenue generation features
