What do you like most?
Operto has streamlined automatic check-in in our property by connecting directly to our PMS. This allows us to maintain our existing messaging. Recently, their Agentic AI developments recognise hotelier struggles beyond check-in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Re-sync renames our rooms, this is to be expected and may come from our PMS. But renaming can only be done in the backend so requires support.
