We appreciate that WinCloud is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making daily Front Office operations efficient and smooth. The system supports reliable performance and helps streamline overall hotel processes. We also value the strong local support from Eliz and Shane, who are consistently responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is a need to improve the accuracy of tax computation, as there are instances where the calculations are not 100% correct. Enhancements in report customization would also be beneficial to better support operational and management requirements. Additionally, improving system speed and performance during peak operations would help ensure smoother user experience.
