What do you like most?
The main benefit is having more control over daily operations. With the CRS, I can update rates across all channels, manage availability, closures, restrictions and minimum stays, while keeping portals and OTAs aligned. I also have a single view of bookings and can create personalised quotes, which makes the work simpler for my staff as well. When cancellations leave a single day available, I can adjust minimum-stay restrictions immediately. The RMS helps me set rates according to demand, pick-up, room types and rate plans, and position myself more consciously against competitors. I can plan ahead and monitor pricing daily, and I have seen improvements across several indicators. The Booking Engine offers a clear, quick booking flow with transparent purchase conditions, consistent with our website and property. Guests can book easily from their smartphones without calling us, and we rely less on OTAs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With the RMS, I would like to better understand why a particular price is recommended. For the Booking Engine, the tools for extra services and upselling could be expanded.
