What do you like most?
The Enigma revenue management tool has been a fantastic addition in my working day a Reservations Manager. It’s user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes accessing the information I need quick and effortless. The data it provides is clear, concise, and actionable which helps me make more informed decisions day to day. I've also received outstanding support from Nick. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. His explanations and guidance have made it even easier to get the most out of the tool. Overall, I highly recommend this software to anyone looking for an effective revenue management tool.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As the app is still in its early stages, I’m sure more ideas for improvement will come as I continue using it over the long term. At the moment, I don’t have many suggestions as everything has been fairly straight forward. As the software evolves, I look forward to seeing additional features.
