What do you like most?
We've been using Atomize since August of this year. Before that, we had static prices and managed our seasonal periods using Excel, adjusting them manually. We looked at various providers and ultimately chose Atomize because we also use Mews PMS in our business. The system's simplicity was another big plus. After just two weeks, we put Atomize on autopilot, and the results have been phenomenal. Our conversion rate on our booking page has increased by over 9% in some cases. Setup was incredibly easy and quick. I was particularly impressed by the accuracy of the forecasts. So far, they've always come true. I'm excited to see how things progress once the system learns and our RevPAR continues to grow. All in all, we're extremely satisfied, and this has been the best decision we've made in a long time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ideally, Atomize would also monitor our prices on booking portals that we can';t manage through our channel manager, where prices still need to be manually updated in the portals extranets. This mainly concerns package holidays and short breaks. We price all other interfaces with OTAs through our channel manager. Additionally, the language selection could be integrated into the menu instead of being on the login page. These are minor points, however, and one simply gets used to them. Mews University also offers regular refresher courses and online tutorials on these topics.
