What do you like most?
Prostay has made a real difference for our property. It’s intuitive, reliable, and packed with the tools we need to run a hotel smoothly. From seamless booking management to integrated POS and guest communications, everything just works. I especially appreciate the offline mode – a lifesaver for properties in remote locations. It feels like Prostay genuinely understands the daily challenges of running a hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While it’s a fantastic system, a bit more flexibility in the reporting tools and deeper integrations with other platforms would make it even better. Also, a few more tutorials or walkthroughs for new users would be a nice touch.
